Snickerdoodle Dip (from Cooking Light)
  • ⅓ cup packed brown sugar
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 6 oz. ⅓-less-fat cream cheese (about ¾ of a cup)
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  1. Combine first three ingredients using a stand mixer or a hand mixer. Mix until combined (it will be crumbly). Add the rest of the ingredients and beat until smooth. Serve with apples, bananas, or pears.
